Og ligesom overtr\u00e6k er noget rod p\u00e5 din bankkonto, s\u00e5 er det virkelig ogs\u00e5 noget m\u00f8g p\u00e5 din energikonto. Du kommer i underskud. F\u00e5r det d\u00e5rligt. Bliver trist.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 s\u00f8rg for at f\u00e5 tanket godt op, s\u00e5 du har lidt at tr\u00e6kke p\u00e5. Put gode ting ind i din hverdag \u2013 ting, der g\u00f8r dig glad og giver dig ny energi. Tanker dig op. Til sidst kommer du m\u00e5ske i underskud og bliver i mega d\u00e5rligt hum\u00f8r.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 find modet og kr\u00e6fterne til at sige fra.
